- Follow up outstanding loan conditions.
- Track applications to unconditional approval and settlement.
- Manage communications with customers and third parties
(Valuers, Solicitors/Conveyancers, Accountants).
Customer Service
Support broker by focusing on nurturing relationships and
post-settlement customer care:
- Provide dedicated customer support services.
- Database and marketing management.
- Gather current loan and property data.
- Prepare annual review reports.
- Process loan variations.
- Monitor pre-approval applications.
- Track construction loans.
- Post settlement or after care email to clients every
3, 6, 12 months (as required).
Work Under Compliance
- Your staff member can assist in developing or enhancing your processes (if required), thus increasing your compliance.
- They will assist with ensuring the fulfilment of responsible lending obligations and ensure all required documents are held on file and meet your Aggregator/Licensee requirements.
- They can also assist with completing file reviews as required.
